Returns
Due to the nature of our products (medical aesthetic supplies and skincare), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
- You have received a wrong or defective item.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products under any circumstance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item sent).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Products marked as “final sale”
- Promotional items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at aesthemedshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (if applicable)
We will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.
Important Note
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns sent without prior communication may result in no refund.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
